AEX keeps records and shares personal data with third parties for specific purposes, ensuring that each processing activity is carried out in accordance with the prior consent of the data subjects. This data includes name, email, phone number, job title, address, and social media links, primarily collected through forms available on the AEX website.

  • Comply with privacy protection requirements;

  • Are aware that they must notify AEX in case of non-compliance with the LGPD or a privacy breach; and

  • Are jointly liable for any damages caused by data processing in violation of the LGPD.
