Our story

Start with the problem.

AEX was founded on a simple belief: a business problem can be the starting point for a new company.

Our roots are in strategic consulting and venture building. Years of helping businesses through difficult decisions taught us how companies are really built: a clear problem, the right people, a focused product and a brand the market remembers.

Today that experience powers the AEX studio. We start our own ventures, build new businesses with established companies, accelerate early-stage teams and create the brands that bring them to market.

AEX Advisory keeps our consulting disciplines available to companies that need them, and AEX Partners connects the operators, designers and engineers who build alongside us.

Across all of it, the commitment is the same: start with the problem, make responsibilities clear and stay close to the work until the company can stand on its own.
