AEX was founded on a simple belief: a business problem can be the starting point for something better.

Manual processes, disconnected systems and competing priorities can hold a company back. Our roots in strategic consulting and venture building shaped a practical response: understand the challenge, work alongside the business and help build a way forward.

That perspective connects our work today. Business Ownership clarifies priorities and decisions. Project Management gives delivery structure and accountability. Tech Management connects the systems a company relies on with the outcomes it needs.

Alongside our consulting services, AEX Partners brings individual professionals into the conversation through a platform for selection, vetting and hiring. Companies can engage AEX for consulting support or find expertise for a specific brief.
